Thank you for having us South America! It was an amazing adventure of the most beautiful landscapes we have ever seen, the most incredible cultures, architecture and made some great friends along the way. We will miss you but we will be back one day. And so now, to London, to see our friends and family and to embark on a completely different adventure. Farewell amigos!

And so we come to our final photo. The view down the main drag of Buenos Aires City Centre (21 lanes of traffic which we regularly had to dodge and run across to avoid being run over). The Obelisk monument to commemorate the 400 year anniversary of...

This was just as we left in the taxi for the airport…and so we leave for London and return to our home…

The famous Recoleta So leaving politics behind and moving swiftly on to, urm, another happy subject; death and cemeteries. The architecture and cultural significance of this amazingly adorned cemetery was incredible. Some of the ‘shrines’/'tombs’ would have posh marble flooring, seats, or even mini 'lounges’ in them so families can honour their dead. Fascinating.

While in Argentina and in particular Buenos Aires, you couldn’t fail to notice the protests about The Falklands or ‘Las Islas Malvinas’. In fact, sometimes we weren’t welcome being British and all. Was a bit awkward.
